Terms and Conditions
- Buyer agrees to have any used firearm checked by a certified gunsmith prior to firing.
- Buyer assumes all legality, liability and responsibility for the condition, use & security/storage of the firearm purchased.
- Buyer certifies by purchasing a firearm from RGR Manufacturing LLC, Mjolnir Arms that he or she is legally qualified to purchase and own the firearm and that there are no state or local laws preventing ownership and owner will utilize a trigger lock to prevent accidents.
- Buyer understands that all firearms are potentially dangerous if handled improperly
- As it is a matter of record that RGR Manufacturing, Mjolnir Arms has no established testing facility, and RGR Manufacturing,Mjolnir Arms assumes no liability for the safe functioning of any firearm sold.
- Buyer must be at least 18-21 years of age to purchase any firearm. Please check with your FFL / gun transfer dealer on age requirements in your state.
- Upon purchase, buyer assumes all liability and responsibility including but not limited to the usage and safe storage of the purchased firearm.
- Please read all information listed on our web site before purchasing, warranty, shipping etc. deposits are non-refundable there is a 15% re stock fee on approved returns. Please be sure to ask questions before placing an order.
Return Policy
RGR Manufacturing, LLC, Mjolnir Arms provides you with two ways to obtain an R.A. number, provided the return meets our guidelines. You can send an email to sales@mjolnirarms.com and put return request and your order # in the subject line or call 775-409-3302.
We will assign you an R.A.# and assist you with any questions you may have. Please note that all returns will be assessed a 15% re-stocking fee.
Our business hours are 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
Mjolnir Arms adheres to all manufacturer warranty and return policies. All product returns must be processed with a Return Authorization Number (R.A.#). NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an R.A. #.
R.A.’s issued by Mjolnir Arms are valid for 15 days only and product must be returned within this timeframe. R.A.’s will not be extended or re-issued.
Please have the following information on hand when calling for an R.A.#: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem. All can be found on your invoice. Please note that the following products cannot be returned:
• Special order items
• Items damaged by use other than intended purpose
• Products modified by customer
• Closeout, re-manufactured and refurbished products
All returns MUST: be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing material, have original UPC codes on the manufacturers’ boxes, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
Clearly mark each address label of each package being returned with the R.A. #. Mjolnir Arms strongly recommends using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring return shipments.
1. If you are having problems with a product purchased or have any technical questions regarding your purchase, please contact us at 775-409-3302 or at sales@mjolnirarms.com.
2. Defective and DOA (dead on arrival) product must be reported to Mjolnir Arms within 30 days of the invoice date. The product will be repaired, replaced or credited according to the manufacturers’ warranty.
3. All order discrepancies (shortages, mislabeled product, damaged product or overages) must be reported to Mjolnir Arms within 5 business days after receipt of the shipment.
4. All non-defective returns must be reported to Mjolnir Arms within 5 business days after receipt of the shipment.
**Customers are responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. Mjolnir Arms will credit one-way shipping for returns that are our error.
Mjolnir Arms reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 21 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 21 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which RGR Manufacturing, LLC DBA Mjolnir Arms collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by RGR Manufacturing, LLC DBA Mjolnir Arms.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us.
